This class is a natural dynamic form of yoga, extra adapted to create muscular balance in the body. With the breathing in focus, this class will develop your ability to listen within the body and mind, while you exercise movement, strength and balance.

Bernie is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. His best friend, Lollo, is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. During Bernie's Appearance he will walk around the hotel area to greet all children. Come and meet him!

Tabata is a high intensity, full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself  for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. 30min

The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests get to dance to their favorite songs on stage. At the rehearsals with the show team you get to practice on your performance and pick out a costume for the evening from the special Mini stars wardrobe. We meet up again in the evening and perform the show on stage!

The duration of this activity varies, depending on the number of participants. Duration will be provided at the start of the rehearsal. The rehearsal is mandatory.

PlayStation 4. Choose from a big variety of games. You can also choose between single or multiplayer games. 

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice.

A circuit training class for kids from 8 years and their parents! We practise cardio and strength in different stations with an inspiring coach.
