HIIT the Ground

Fitness Studio Free From 15 years. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. HIIT the Ground is a 30-minute cardio and functional strength blow-out in an inspiring and energizing format. The cardio intervals are simple and intensive and we are using body weight and gliding mats for the strength intervals.
