Air Conditioning
Available free of charge. The hotel has a centrally controlled air condition system (set to 22 – 26°c in room/apartment). In the beginning and at the end of summer, the central may change from cold to hot air, depending on weather and temperature.
Safety Box
- We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables. Your first opening code is 1357.
- The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
- For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.
Room Cleaning
Happy Baby & Royal Suites, Lollo & Bernie Suites and Royal Welcome Package:
- Cleaned every day between 8:30 and 15:30.
- Please let us know at the Help Desk if you'd like your apartment cleaned at a specific time.
All other apartment types:
- Cleaning between 8:30-15:30
- No cleaning service available after 22:00
- Two non-cleaning days per week: Tuesday and Friday
- Note: If you’re travelling unspecified, only one apartment cleaning is included. Cleaning service can be booked at the Help Desk.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen in the laundry basket in the bathroom. You can exchange your used pool and beach towels for fresh ones at the Spa at 09:00-10:00 and at 17:00-18:00.
- Why not re-use your towels and bed linens which help us significantly reduce our electricity, detergent and water usage? Be our environmental hero!
Royal Family - Suite or Welcome Package
Have you booked a Royal Suite or Welcome Package Royal? This is included in your room:

- For Royal Suite guest - choose your preferred pillow directly from the closet

Fire Safety
For your safety, we’ve equipped all our apartments with a fire safety system controlled from the Help Desk. All Resorts have fire extinguishers and clearly marked emergency exits.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is permitted in designated smoking areas outside the hotel entrance and at the pool area. It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, balconies and terraces.
