Our SATS ELIXIA classes

Crosstraining, 30, 45 or 60 min

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. 

Core, 30 min

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice.

Power Step, 60 min

A cardio and strength class with interval training and high intensity. We use the step board for the cardio training and weights for the strength. Power step is a class for the guest who wants a fun, easy and hard work out.

Yoga, 60 min

This class is a natural dynamic form of yoga, extra adapted to create muscular balance in the body. With the breathing in focus, this class will develop your ability to listen within the body and mind, while you exercise movement, strength and balance.

Water Aerobics, 30 min

Fun and effective training in the pool. All ages are welcome to join.

HIIT the Ground, 30 min - NEW SUMMER 2018

HIIT the Ground is a 30-minute cardio and functional strength blow-out in an inspiring and energizing format. The cardio intervals are simple and intensive and we are using body weight and gliding mats for the strength intervals.

Fitness Together

Fitness together is an opportunity for parents and children aged 11-15 years to train together in selected classes. The staff starts with an introduction, and then you train together.

After taking part of the introduction the parent/adult must sign an agreement stating that he/she assumes full responsibility for the child when in the studio.
